Covered with water based stain, eco linseed oil and water based CE tested wood protection are safe for kids to play with, even to put them into their mouth. They have no sharp corners, screws, nails or paint and this makes them perfectly safe to play with.

Because we make each set after you place your order, yours may not look exactly like in the photo, but all of our toys look very similar.

CARE INSTRUCIONS:

Wood is naturally anti-bacterial, so bacteria generally does not sustain life for long and does not duplicate on wood like it can on plastic. If you want you can wipe down your toys on occasion. Never submerge your toys in water or allow them to be super wet for a long time though. Just use a damp cloth (not super wet), and a mild dish soap, use sparingly.
If the finish on your toy dulls over time you can simply fix it at home and give your toys a new look. Apply a 50/50 mixture of beeswax and any food grade oil such as mineral oil, coconut oil, or any other organic food grade oil. Simply wipe on, let it soak in, then wipe it off and you are done! : Just because a toy has lost some of it's shine over the years it doesn't make it unsafe, so it's totally ok if you don't re-apply a finish.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES:
If goods have been damaged in transit, are defective or do not match your order please contact our customer services team who will advise you on how to return the goods. Please ensure when returning goods that you include the original delivery note provided in your parcel.
Once we have received the goods we will examine them and will notify you if you are entitled to a refund within a reasonable period of time. Where goods are damaged, defective or incorrect you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods, the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. When processing a refund for damaged, defective or incorrect goods, we will refund the original method of payment.
Any refund or replacement will be processed within 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods.
Please ensure goods are returned securely. We cannot be held liable for items which do not reach us.

Please note we cannot offer you refund if toy has been broken during a play. Kids get rough with them during a play so we cannot be responsible for that kind of damage .
