What is your production time?
Since most of the items are hand made after you place your order please allow us 3 to 10 working days for us to make it. Our production time does not include weekends or Holidays.
What is your estimated shipping times?
North America: 2-5 weeks
Europe: 5-30 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Do I have to worry about customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship back items within 7 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original packaging (to prevent breakage for resale.) Custom orders and celebration ring ornaments are not returnable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
